Professional Google Ads Expert / Senior Paid Search Specialist
Remote | Philippines-Based | Full-Time
$8.25 – $14.25 USD/hour | Paid in USD (Exchanged to PHP)
Can you launch a Google Ads campaign from scratch, analyze the data, and know exactly what needs to be fixed? Do you understand search intent, keyword structure, Quality Score, conversion tracking, bidding strategy, and how to lower cost per lead without sacrificing lead quality?
We are hiring a Senior Google Ads Expert on behalf of a U.S.-based marketing agency serving home service and remodeling brands. You will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a focus on generating real leads for real businesses.
This is a performance-driven role. Vanity metrics do not matter here. CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, booked appointments, and actual pipeline impact do.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Campaign Management
Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Local Services Ads when applicable
Manage 8-12 client ad accounts simultaneously
Build clean campaign structures based on service type, location, search intent, and budget
Conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, budget pacing, and search term reviews
Test landing pages, ad copy, offers, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions based on real results
Tracking & Analytics
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM tracking when needed
Monitor form submissions, phone call tracking, booked appointments, and lead quality
Identify tracking issues early and communicate what needs to be fixed
Help improve attribution accuracy across Google Ads, landing pages, and CRM systems
Ad Copy & Landing Page Strategy
Write direct-response Google Ads copy for lead generation campaigns
Build and test strong headlines, descriptions, callouts, sitelinks, and structured snippets
Provide landing-page feedback to improve conversion rates
Contribute to offer strategy, funnel optimization, and local lead-generation performance
Reporting & Communication
Track and report on key KPIs, including CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, impression share, search terms, and lead quality
Communicate campaign updates and performance insights to the internal team
Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems
Explain what changed, why it changed, and what you recommend testing next
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns and direct-response advertising
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time
- Experience with Google Search campaigns, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing
- Strong understanding of keyword intent, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and budget management
- Ability to read campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
- Strong ad copywriting skills -- you know how to write ads that generate qualified leads
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (12 am-8 am Manila Time)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, pest control, or local lead generation
- Experience with Google Local Services Ads
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and conversion tracking setup, especially GoHighLevel
- Experience with call tracking platforms and lead quality reporting
- Experience building reports in Looker Studio
- Experience optimizing landing pages for conversion rate improvement
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Google Ads Measurement Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- Google Ads Display, Video, or Shopping Certification

- $8.25–$14.25 USD/hour, paid in USD
- Approx. 85,000 – 148,000 PHP/month full-time, depending on exchange rate and final hourly rate
