B2B LinkedIn Ads / Marketing Operator

Hi! I'm looking for a long term LinkedIn advertiser for both paid and organic strategies. I’m looking for a remote contractor who understands B2B LinkedIn ads.

This is not a general social media posting role. I need someone who can help with LinkedIn lead campaigns, audience research, ad copy testing, competitor research, reporting, and simple campaign recommendations. I own CB Direct, a US based company in the telematics hardware services industry. Our primary business is hardware installation and field service, and we recently launched a managed program called FleetAssure.

The goal is to use LinkedIn to build awareness and generate qualified discovery calls. I’m looking for someone organized, practical, and comfortable using AI without producing generic AI-written marketing.
