Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

Hess Consultancy Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to help source, screen, and hire top talent for our growing team. You'll manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job postings across recruitment platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Keep recruitment records accurate and organized
Support employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:
Degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or a related field (preferred)
Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job platforms
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
