Wordpress Blogger/Woocommerce Builder/Graphic Designer

I need someone to help build up an e-commerce wordpress site with original content blog post. The right candidate needs to also be able add products, customize menus and checkout pages. Im looking for somone to put in at least 20 hours a week for a salary of 10,000 php per month.
