A story of a baby startup marketing agency with a huge marketing ad budget behind - We’d like to be at $5M in revenue by the end of this year 2026 and we want you to be a part of it. You’re joining as an executive assistant but the goal is much bigger than that.

Let me introduce myself first, my name is Reda and I’m the founder of BoldFlo. A new marketing & consulting agency that specializes in payment processing setup, tax structure optimizations & marketing services. I’ve started this company with one goal in mind : Let entrepreneurs hone in their genius activities that push their business forward while we take care of what’s holding them back from it, more specifically the payment structure & the proper setup to handle small & big volume.

To give a quick context about the clients to work with - We only work with whitehat e-commerce clients that are completely compliant and aligned with our vision & values. We stand by good business and ethics, we hope you are the same as well.

We need reliable people that we can count on to be active when needed to. This is a golden opportunity, you can make a lot with just a few pics & selfies & some quick operations that don’t last more than 10 mins of your time. Just to make it clear, this is not a scam and we’re here for the long-term. We’d like you to make as much money as you can as long as you’re providing us the necessary needs & docs. We'd like to be at $5M by the end of the year so you can do the math ;)
A quick recap regarding the conditions & requirements asked from you as a nominee (Attention please, we’ll be using your personal docs for the setup & structure building for our clients. If you’re interested, we’d like to work with you).

Requirements as a nominee (you or someone else you know) :

-> ?Reliable during & post process of company incorporation for any future requests
-> Passport for KYC purposes (banks & financial institutions like Airwallex, payoneer etc)
-> Never formed an HK company (This is crucial as we're forming the HK company using your credentials)
-> ?Provide selfies & docs for proof of address such as utility bills, phone bill etc
-> ?Cooperative communication during & post setup creation (What’s app/Telegram)
?-> Speaks english fluently and uses what's app for communication
-> Be available for any live selfie verifications


Your deliverables as a nominee (The deal we’re making with you)

- 2 successful & approved pictures for the initial onboarding for HK incorporation
- 2 successful & approved selfie verifications for the banks & payment processors applications (we’ll communicate with you the link for it on your what’s app)
- Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 30-90 days that contains your residential address for proof of address documents asked by financial institutions.

Compensation : $150

Any extras will be charged individually - For example, an extra successful selfie outside of the 2 asked approved ones will be charged for $50.
Any other nominee you bring from your family or friends or anyone you know that fits the requirements above, we’re happy to pay you a referral fee of $50.
A possibility after you bring 10 nominees at least to be our nominees manager with a fixed salary & % bonuses by the end of the year.
