Amazon FBA & Alibaba Sourcing Specialist

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced freelancer for a short-term project.

The main responsibility is to communicate with our existing and new Alibaba suppliers and coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses.

Requirements (Must Have):

Proven experience working with Alibaba suppliers
Proven experience with Amazon FBA shipments
Experience creating shipping plans and preparing inventory for FBA
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent written English
Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

Contact Alibaba suppliers
Negotiate production and shipping details
Coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses
Verify labels, carton information, and shipment requirements
Follow up with suppliers until shipments are completed
Report progress regularly
