We're on the hunt for a Performance Video Editor to join our team. Your mission? To collaborate closely with our creative director and media buyer to produce winning video ads that scale our brands to multiple 7 & 8-figures.

???? Important! As much as we love growth & development, if you do NOT have direct experience editing short-form video ads AND hands-on experience with AI video creation tools, unfortunately, this role is not for you… But if you do ????

???? DK Capital Ventures runs multiple eCommerce brands with over $600,000 a month in active ad spend and growing fast. However, our creative output is maxed out. So, if we're going to continue scaling our brands and launching new ones, we need a sharp, hungry video editor to join our talented team — someone who treats every ad like it's their own money on the line.

The purpose of the Performance Video Editor role at DK Capital Ventures is to produce high-converting video ads that stop the scroll, hold attention, and drive sales across our brands, not just look pretty.

As a Video Editor at DK Capital Ventures, you should possess proven experience editing short-form video content — ideally direct-response ads, UGC-style content, or social media ads that have actually run on Meta or TikTok. Critically, you have real hands-on experience with AI video creation tools (such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Arcads, or similar) and know how to use AI to produce, enhance, and scale ad creative fast. You know your way around Premiere Pro or CapCut, you understand pacing, hooks, captions, and how the first 3 seconds make or break an ad.

It is also important that you are coachable, fast, detail-obsessed, and hungry to win. Take feedback without ego, you hit deadlines without excuses, and you genuinely care whether your ads perform — not just whether they look pretty.

???? Your Responsibilities
· Edit high-quality short-form video ads daily following creative briefs and SOPs.

· Leverage AI video tools to generate, augment, and scale creative output rapidly.

· Assemble modular ad variations (hooks, bodies, CTAs) into testable creatives at volume.

· Collaborate with our creative director to refine and improve your output.

· Apply feedback quickly and iterate on winning concepts to produce variations.

· Stay on top of emerging AI video tools and techniques, and bring new methods to the team.

· Maintain our brand style, pacing, and quality standards across every ad.

· Organize and deliver all creatives on time using our file and naming systems.
