We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who is obsessed with performance marketing, constantly studying winning ads, and lives online.

You should be the type of person who watches competitor ad libraries for fun, saves creatives every day, follows top marketers on X and Instagram, and is always testing new ideas before everyone else.

This is a startup. We move fast, make decisions quickly, and care about results—not titles.

What You’ll Do

* Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
* Research competitors and winning creatives daily
* Develop new testing strategies and scaling frameworks
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
* Work closely with our creative team to produce winning ads
* Constantly test hooks, offers, angles, and creatives
* Help build our paid acquisition systems from the ground up

Who We’re Looking For

* Proven experience running profitable Meta campaigns
* Fluent English communication
* Chronically online and obsessed with digital marketing
* Naturally curious and always learning
* Comfortable making decisions without being micromanaged
* Competitive and performance-driven
* Startup mentality—you solve problems instead of waiting for instructions
* You take ownership and care about outcomes, not excuses

Compensation

We’re looking for someone who bets on themselves.

If you’re confident in your ability to produce results, we’d rather pay a fair base salary plus meaningful profit share or performance bonuses than offer the highest guaranteed salary.

We’re building a team of people who want to create long-term wealth alongside the company—not just collect a paycheck.
