Medical Records & Billing Review Specialist (RN Preferred) *POST CLOSING 06/3*

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong experience interpreting medical records and itemized billing ledgers. This role requires a deep understanding of medical terminology and the ability to accurately review, analyze, and summarize treatment and billing documentation. Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system—specifically subrogation, liens, and reimbursement processes—is essential.

This position is for a **DEMAND WRITER** that will utilize medical records and ledgers to create demand/claim letters to an auto insurance company.

Key Qualifications:

RN preferred (or equivalent clinical background)
Demonstrated experience reviewing medical records and itemized billing statements
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Experience or familiarity with U.S. health insurance processes, including subrogation and lien resolution
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent proofreading and document review skills
Ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and errors in records and billing

Core Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret medical records and billing ledgers
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across documentation
Prepare demand/claim letters
