JOB TITLE: Full-Time E-Commerce Virtual Assistant – No Experience Required
We are hiring a highly dependable virtual assistant to manage the daily operations of multiple eBay and Poshmark stores. Previous e-commerce experience is not required because complete training, written procedures, and detailed task checklists will be provided.
This position is only for someone who is reliable, learns quickly, follows instructions exactly, and takes their work seriously.
WORK SCHEDULE
Work begins promptly at 6:00 AM U.S. Central Time every day.
This is not a flexible starting time. You must be clocked in, connected to the remote computer, and ready to begin working at exactly 6:00 AM.
You will continue working until all assigned daily responsibilities are completed correctly. The workload should normally take no more than eight hours, including for someone who is still learning.
The primary arrangement is for one virtual assistant to work every day, including weekends and holidays.
OPTIONAL TWO-PERSON ARRANGEMENT
If you would prefer to share the position with another reliable person, a two-person arrangement may be considered and must be approved in advance.
Under this arrangement:
One person would work four days and the other would work three days.
The following week, the schedules would switch.
Both people must complete the application and meet all requirements.
Both people must receive training and be capable of completing the job independently.
You would be responsible for coordinating the schedule and ensuring every day is covered.
Failure by either person to show up would not excuse unfinished work or leave the business without coverage.
A two-person arrangement is optional and is not guaranteed to be approved.
STRICT ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE POLICY
Reliability is the most important requirement for this position.
You may be removed from the position immediately if any of the following occurs:
You are late for a scheduled shift.
You miss a scheduled shift without prior approval.
You repeatedly request last-minute schedule changes.
You disappear, become unresponsive, or stop working while clocked in.
Your internet connection is too slow or unreliable to complete the work.
You repeatedly use internet, electricity, equipment, or personal problems as an excuse for unfinished work.
You fail to communicate immediately when a genuine emergency occurs.
You are unable or unwilling to learn the assigned procedures.
You repeatedly ask questions already answered in the training materials.
You ignore instructions or create your own process instead of following the required procedure.
You repeatedly make careless or preventable mistakes.
You fail to improve after receiving corrections.
You mark tasks as completed when they were not actually completed.
You clock in without actively working.
You falsify your clock-in time, clock-out time, completed tasks, screenshots, or reports.
You leave work unfinished without reporting it.
You fail to review your work before submitting it.
You send inaccurate, inappropriate, or unreviewed messages to customers.
You share passwords, remote-access information, customer information, or business information with anyone.
You perform unauthorized actions on an account.
You work another job or perform unrelated activities while clocked in.
You are consistently too slow after receiving reasonable training and practice.
You demonstrate that you cannot independently perform the job correctly.
Serious attendance, honesty, internet, communication, or performance problems may result in immediate termination without repeated warnings.
If it becomes clear that you cannot consistently show up on time, maintain a stable connection, learn the procedures, communicate properly, or complete the work accurately, the working relationship will be ended.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily, weekly, and monthly duties will include:
Managing daily eBay and Poshmark operations.
Checking new orders and marking orders as shipped.
Placing customer orders accurately.
Adding and verifying tracking information.
Finding orders that are missing tracking or have not shipped on time.
Checking cancellations, requests, disputes, returns, and other customer cases.
Responding to customer messages, questions, comments, and offers.
Using ChatGPT to help create professional customer responses when needed.
Reviewing every ChatGPT-generated response for accuracy before sending it.
Checking account performance and account-health metrics.
Monitoring late-shipment rates and tracking-validation rates.
Confirming that stores remain within their listing limits.
Completing product research using ChatGPT and Product Hunter.
Preparing bulk product lists.
Confirming that enough products are available for the next day’s listings.
Completing at least 100 product-research items when assigned.
Checking and responding to customer offers.
Taking screenshots of eBay and Amazon orders when required.
Following pricing, quantity, inventory, and listing-management procedures.
Confirming that shipped orders receive the required price and quantity updates.
Checking store promotions, sales, handling times, and promoted-listing settings.
Checking for duplicate listings.
Moving listings between assigned categories when instructed.
Checking negative reviews and assisting with appeals.
Completing weekly and monthly store-maintenance tasks.
Updating order sheets and other operational records.
Following the specific written procedures for every assigned account and computer.
GOOGLE SHEET TRACKING
You will use a Google Sheet to manage and document your work.
You must:
Clock in at the beginning of every shift.
Clock out only after all assigned work is completed.
Check off every task only after it is actually completed.
Complete the required tasks for every assigned account or computer.
Leave clear notes when a task cannot be completed.
Report problems immediately instead of ignoring or skipping them.
Keep the tracker accurate throughout the shift.
Never mark an incomplete task as completed.
The tracker and remote computers will be reviewed. Dishonest clock-in information, false completion marks, misleading updates, or claiming work was completed when it was not may result in immediate termination.
COMPUTER AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
You will use your own computer to remotely access company computers.
You must have:
Your own dependable computer.
Fast and stable internet.
The ability to remotely access company computers.
A quiet and dependable place to work.
A reliable method of communication during every shift.
A backup internet option, such as mobile data or a hotspot, is strongly preferred.
Do not apply using slow, unstable, shared, or frequently disconnected internet. Internet problems that regularly interfere with attendance or work completion may result in immediate removal from the position.

No previous eBay, Poshmark, Amazon, or virtual-assistant experience is required.

Copying and sending an incorrect, irrelevant, or inappropriate AI-generated response without reviewing it is unacceptable.
COMMUNICATION
