ABOUT US

We specialize in insurance housing placement — finding short-term furnished rentals for families who have been displaced from their homes due to fire, flood, or other covered losses. We work with insurance companies and families to find them housing quickly and comfortably. Our landlord network is our most valuable asset, and we're growing it.

THE ROLE

You'll be prospecting landlords listed on platforms like Zillow, Furnished Finder, Airbnb - calling them cold to pitch short-term lease partnerships for insurance housing. This is a relationship-building sales role where persistence, professionalism, and a clear pitch make all the difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Search rental platforms daily to identify new landlord prospects with suitable properties
Make outbound cold calls to introduce our insurance housing program and secure housing quickly
Make high volumes of calls daily to help as many families as possible
Meet weekly call and lead-generation targets
Assist with our move in team once an owner agrees to work with us

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (any industry)
Comfortable with rejection and skilled at handling objections calmly
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ability to work PST hours

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with U.S. rental platforms (Zillow, Airbnb, Furnished Finder, etc.)
Background in real estate, property management, or insurance
Experience with a CRM tool, such as ----------
Experience with RingCentral, Quo, or other similar
Background in real estate sales
