Real Estate Cold Caller (High-Volume Outbound Calls)

We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be calling homeowners to determine if they have any interest in selling their property and identifying motivated sellers for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners each day.
Follow provided scripts while having natural, engaging conversations.
Build rapport quickly and professionally with property owners.
Identify homeowners who are interested in selling their property.
Gather accurate property and seller information.
Update CRM with detailed notes after every conversation.
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when appropriate.
Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation goals.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
Comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls daily.
Able to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.

Preferred
Previous real estate cold calling experience.
