Appointment Setter (Clear US Accent Required): Warm Bathroom Remodeling Leads: Extremely High Earning Potential

We run ads for bathroom remodeling companies across the US. Leads click our ad, get fully qualified, and are told someone will call them. Your job is to call them fast, run a short script, and book them on our client's calendar. That's it.
These are warm leads. They just raised their hand and they're expecting your call. You are not cold calling anyone.
We're looking for a killer. Someone who shows up to dominate, hits the phone hard, and wants to book as many appointments as possible because every booking is more money in your pocket. If you're the type who's happy doing the bare minimum, this isn't for you. If you're hungry and want to earn, keep reading.
What you'll do:

Watch a Slack channel during your shift for new lead notifications
Call the lead within 5 minutes of the notification (speed is the whole game here)
Open the right client's CRM, go to the Opportunities tab, hit call
Follow the script (it's in the CRM and in Slack)
Re-qualify and book the appointment on the client's GHL calendar
Done

The script and everything you need is provided. You are not building anything or figuring anything out. You call, follow the script, book.
What we need:

A clear American accent. This is non-negotiable. You're calling US homeowners and they need to feel comfortable on the phone. If there's any noticeable accent, this isn't the right role for you.
Real sales or phone experience. You can hold a conversation, handle a little hesitation, and get someone on the calendar.
A closer mindset. You want to win, you want the commissions, and you treat every lead like money on the table.
Reliable and fast. When a lead comes in, you're on it inside 5 minutes.
Good internet and a quiet place to call from.

Pay:

$7.50 for every appointment you book
We expect a booking rate of at least 35% of the leads you call. Leads are warm and the script works, so the more you grind, the more you earn. No cap.

We're starting slower, around 5 to 15 leads a day to call, and it's ramping fast. So I'm not looking for someone just to fill a seat. I need someone who is ready now, has the experience, and wants to be here a while and grow with us as the volume climbs. You'll handle leads across all our clients from one seat, so we want someone who can own it. We're hiring one person right now.
