Hiring: Social Media Growth Manager & Virtual Assistant for Fitness Influencer Coaching Business

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Growth Manager & Virtual Assistant to help build and scale a fitness influencer brand and online coaching business across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

This is not a basic social media management position. We are seeking someone who understands content strategy, audience growth, viral content creation, personal branding, lead generation, AI tools, and online coaching business development.

About the Brand

I am a fitness coach and content creator building a personal brand focused on fitness, transformation, motivation, and online coaching. I will be filming my workouts and other content daily. Your role will be to turn that content into a complete growth and marketing system that increases followers, engagement, leads, and coaching sales.

Responsibilities

Social Media Growth & Management

* Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts accounts
* Create and maintain a strategic content calendar
* Develop growth strategies based on current platform trends and algorithm updates
* Research competitors and successful fitness influencers
* Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance

Content Creation & Viral Content Strategy

* Review daily training footage and identify the strongest content opportunities
* Edit short-form videos for maximum engagement and retention
* Create compelling hooks, captions, titles, and calls-to-action
* Research and implement trending audio, formats, and viral content concepts
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms
* Generate content ideas that support audience growth and coaching conversions

AI & Marketing

* Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing campaigns
* Assist with lead generation systems and funnel development
* Support email marketing campaigns and audience nurturing
* Help create automated systems where appropriate

Digital Products & Community Growth

* Assist in creating and launching digital products including:
* E-books
* Training programs
* Nutrition guides
* Online courses
* Downloadable resources
* Support the development and management of online communities and membership programs
* Help organize content and resources for coaching clients

Administrative Support

* Content scheduling and publishing
* Project management and task organization
* Communication support as needed
* General virtual assistant duties related to business growth

Qualifications

Required

* Proven experience growing social media accounts
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms
* Experience creating viral or high-performing content
* Advanced video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
* Experience with AI tools and content automation
* Strong written communication skills
* Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred

* Experience working with fitness influencers, coaches, or online fitness brands
* Experience building personal brands
* Knowledge of online coaching business models
* Experience creating digital products
* Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation systems
* Graphic design experience is a plus
