VIDEO EDITOR / AI CREATOR (ECOM ADS)

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with extensive experience creating high-converting eCommerce and dropshipping video ads.

This is NOT a traditional video editing role. You will do two things for us, both demanding precision:

1. Build new ads from our briefs and scripts. We give you the concept, the angle, the script, and clear creative direction. You turn that into a high-converting UGC or AI-generated video ad. You are not inventing the strategy, we provide it, but you must know how to bring a brief to life: the right shots, pacing, hook, captions, and flow that make an ad actually convert.

2. Replicate winning ads into other languages. We give you a proven winning video, and you recreate an exact duplicate of it in another language, keeping the same structure, pacing, music, and feel. Here, precision is everything.

The line that matters

The concept, angle, and script always come from us. You execute them in video, brilliantly and precisely. We are NOT looking for someone who invents their own strategy, changes our scripts, or “improves” our concepts. We ARE looking for someone who can take our brief and produce an ad that performs, and who can replicate a winner with extreme accuracy when asked.

When replicating, you change only: language, product name, brand name, and avatar/actor (when required). Everything else stays identical: scene order, timing, pacing, background music, sound effects, transitions, captions, animations, visual effects, camera movement, structure, and flow.

Então o anúncio atual está incompleto, e ainda bem que paraste para pensar nisto. Vou explicar e depois refazê-lo.

O problema do anúncio atual: ele está afinado quase só para o replicador (a mensagem inteira gira à volta de “clona exatamente, não sejas criativo”). Mas tu acabaste de me dizer que ele também vai PRODUZIR criativo novo a partir dos teus scripts e briefs (os conceitos que saem da matriz). Essas duas funções pedem competências diferentes, e o anúncio atual filtra-as mal:
Para replicar: precisa de precisão, atenção ao detalhe, seguir à risca.
Para produzir do zero a partir de um brief: precisa de saber montar um UGC ou vídeo IA convincente a partir de um script e de direções, escolher os planos, o ritmo, fazer o gancho funcionar. Isto NÃO é criatividade livre (não inventa o conceito, o conceito vem do teu brief), mas é mais do que clonar. É execução criativa dentro de um brief.

Se publicares o anúncio como está, atrais clonadores puros que podem não saber pegar num script teu e construir um vídeo novo que converte. Filtras para metade do trabalho.

A solução: o anúncio tem de comunicar as DUAS funções com clareza, e distinguir bem “produzir a partir do nosso brief” de “inventar o teu próprio conceito”. A fronteira é: o conceito, o ângulo e o script vêm sempre de ti; ele executa-os em vídeo (seja produzindo do brief, seja replicando um vencedor). Ele nunca inventa a estratégia, mas tem de saber dar vida a um brief, não só copiar um vídeo existente.

Responsibilities

• Produce new UGC and AI-generated video ads from our scripts and briefs
• Replicate winning ads exactly, in other languages
• Generate video using HeyGen and Higgsfield
• Extract and match background music and sound effects from source videos
• Make our hooks land: strong opening seconds, clean captions, tight pacing
• Follow scripts and creative direction exactly
• Deliver high-quality ads with fast turnaround
• Handle revisions quickly and professionally
• Work closely with our Creative Strategists and Media Buyers

Requirements

• Extensive experience with eCommerce / dropshipping video ads
• Extensive experience with UGC ads and AI-generated ads
• Proven ability to build a converting ad from a script and brief, not just copy an existing one
• Experience with HeyGen and Higgsfield
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising (hooks, pacing, retention)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow scripts and creative direction exactly
• Comfortable editing in languages you don’t speak, by matching scripts and captions precisely
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable with revisions and feedback

Preferred

• Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience with podcast-style ads
• Experience localizing ads into multiple languages
