Elevated Cleaners is a growing residential cleaning company based in Charlotte, NC. We run on strong systems, high standards, and a small team of high-ownership people. This role is fully remote and plays a direct part in keeping daily operations running smoothly across every scheduled job.

About the Role
This is a high-responsibility operations position focused entirely on execution. You will own the daily schedule, manage cleaner coordination in real time, maintain a healthy cleaner pipeline through active hiring and sourcing, and complete assigned administrative tasks during lower-activity periods.
This is not a passive role. You will be the operational backbone of the business during core hours. Every job on the schedule is your direct responsibility. If something goes wrong in the field, you resolve it. If a cleaner does not show up, you fix it. If the schedule has a gap, you close it.

What You'll Do
Job Management & Schedule Ownership — Verify every job is assigned and staffed before your shift begins. Monitor active jobs in real time and resolve any scheduling conflict, cleaner no-show, access issue, or timing problem immediately. The schedule must be clean, complete, and problem-free at all times.
Cleaner Coordination & Support — Serve as the primary point of contact for all cleaners during your shift. Communicate job details proactively, answer cleaner questions, resolve field issues in real time, and escalate anything requiring a client-facing response to the Sales Specialist immediately. Flag cleaner performance, attendance, and conduct issues to management promptly.
Cleaner Hiring & Sourcing — Actively source candidates, communicate with applicants, and move them through the hiring pipeline on platforms including Indeed, Facebook, and Nextdoor. A healthy cleaner pipeline directly determines the business's ability to fulfill jobs and grow. This is treated as an ongoing priority, not a secondary task.
Administrative Tasks — Use lower-activity periods to complete assigned tasks in ---------- , including social media content and other business tasks as directed. Productivity during quieter periods is a core expectation.
Documentation & Systems — Log every job update, cleaner communication, and scheduling change accurately in BookingKoala. If it is not documented, it is considered incomplete.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern NYC time
This is a fully remote role. You must be available, responsive, and active during all scheduled hours.

Compensation
$600USD/month
This is a stable, full-time remote position with consistent hours and direct visibility into how a real service business operates.

What We're Looking For
Experience coordinating field workers, managing schedules, or overseeing daily operations (required)
Spanish fluency for cleaner coordination (required)
Strong written and spoken English for internal team communication (required)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive, independent, and reliable during shift hours
Experience using BookingKoala or similar scheduling and job management platforms is a strong plus
Experience using Slack or similar team communication tools is a strong plus
Experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates on Indeed, Facebook, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Prior recruiting or hiring experience is a strong plus
Cleaning or home services background is a plus
Remote work experience is a strong plus

Team Structure
This is a small, owner-led company. You will work directly with the owner and operate independently during your shift. There is no bureaucracy, no layers, and no confusion about expectations. You will always know exactly what is expected and how you are performing.
