We're a US real estate investment team and we're looking for a Transaction Coordinator VA who treats this role like a craft — not just a job.
What the craft looks like:
Transaction coordination — owning deal timelines, managing deadlines, and keeping every file organized from the first step to the final close
Property research — pulling county records, reviewing title information, and verifying data with the kind of accuracy that holds up under scrutiny
Document acquisition — reaching out to county offices and real estate agents early, following up persistently, and not resting until every item is in hand
CRM management — maintaining contact and deal records that are always complete, always current, and always reliable
Bookkeeping support — categorizing expenses in Excel or QuickBooks so the financial picture stays clear
