YouTube Growth Manager — Faceless Documentary Channels (4–5 channels)

About the role: Grow 4–5 faceless YouTube channels by finding video topics that win. You'll research what's working in each niche, propose topics designed to climb, maintain a 7-day-ahead schedule, QC finished videos, and upload. Success is measured by growth — views, watch time, and hit-rate over time, not just keeping the queue full.
What you'll own:

Find winning topics weekly — research outlier/viral videos in each niche, spot patterns, propose topics + titles built to perform (this is the core of the job)
Maintain a 7-day-ahead content schedule across all channels
QC finished videos (right avatar, full length, audio synced, thumbnail) before they go live
Upload & schedule with strong titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails
Track what worked — review which topics hit, double down on winners, drop what flops
Flag problems and gaps early; keep the tracker updated

Requirements:

A proven eye for viral topics and clickable titles — this is the #1 requirement
Experience growing YouTube channels (faceless a big plus) — ideally can point to a channel they helped grow
Understands hooks, retention, packaging (title + thumbnail synergy)
Highly organized and reliable — schedules don't slip
Comfortable with YouTube Studio, analytics, spreadsheets, and topic-research tools
