TikTok Content Manager — Daily Cross-Posting & Local Engagement

We're looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help manage daily TikTok
posting and local engagement for one of our clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Cross-posting content from Instagram to TikTok daily
(photo, carousel, reels)
- Copying captions directly from Instagram — no writing
required
- Engaging with local area accounts, hashtags,
and location tags to grow organic reach

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience posting content on TikTok — this is a must
- Detail-oriented — captions, hashtags, and
tags must be copied and applied accurately every time
- Reliable, responsive, and consistent
- Able to follow a simple repeatable process
- Prior social media VA experience preferred

This is a daily task but low time commitment —
straightforward and easy to manage once trained.
Training will be provided for the engagement portion.

Pay: $4/hour
Hours: 7-10 hours a week to start
