Experienced Appointment Setters for US & UK Campaigns (Telemarketing / Cold Calling)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable team of experienced appointment setters for the US and UK markets to support two ongoing campaigns. This is a strong long-term opportunity for the right team if performance is consistent.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling and telemarketing to potential prospects
Scheduling qualified appointments with decision-makers
Maintaining professional and smooth communication with prospects
Coordinating appointments accurately for scheduled calls

Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, and appointment setting
Excellent English phone communication skills (US/UK accent neutrality preferred)
Ability to engage prospects professionally and handle objections
Experience working with US and/or UK markets is preferred

Performance Criteria (Important):
A lead will only be considered valid when:
An appointment is successfully scheduled with the prospect, and
The prospect attends the call at the agreed date and time (show-up qualified appointment).
