Hermes Trading is a fast-growing Australian e-commerce company behind several leading consumer brands. We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Experience Specialist to join our South Geelong team.

In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, live chat, phone and social media. You'll help customers with product enquiries, orders, warranties and returns, while working closely with our team to ensure every interaction is positive. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas that improve our customer experience and support warehouse operations when needed.
