UGC & Influencer Manager

Marlow & Peach is a fast-growing Australian premium cleaning brand on a mission to transform how people clean their homes. We're looking for someone to join our team and lead the day-to-day growth of our creator ecosystem.

*What you'll be doing*
You'll be the person finding, reaching out to, and building relationships with Australian creators who align with our brand. Specifically, you'll be:
- Researching and identifying suitable Australian Instagram creators in our niche (home, lifestyle, wellness, family, cleaning)
- Messaging creators to onboard them to create content for us
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with creators — not transactional ones, and create an engaged community of creators
- Working with the broader team to create briefs to help creators craft better content as needed

What we're looking for
- Previous experience with creator/UGC platforms like ReFunnel, Modash, Superfiliate, Insense, TRIBE, or similar
- A strong sense of taste — you can spot a creator who fits a brand at a glance
- Excellent written communication
- Highly organised, strong ability to manage multiple things at once
- Self-motivated and proactive — you don't need someone telling you what to do every day
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and the creator landscape
- MUST have strong computer skills and reliable internet connection

Bonus points if
- You've worked with a DTC ecommerce brand before
- You have your own social media presence or content creation experience
- You have a strong understanding of what makes great UGC for Meta ads

The role
- Part-time, 5 hours per day to start + performance bonus
- Strong potential to extend into full-time based on performance and growth - taking on more responsibility across our creator channel
- Founder-led, small team — you'll have real ownership of this function from day one
