JOB OVERVIEW

Work Setup: Onsite – Greenhills, San Juan (GH Tower)
Salary: Up to ?50,000 per month
Schedule: US Hours / Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Membership Coordinator to support customer inquiries, membership engagement, and lead follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, building relationships, and providing excellent service while supporting membership growth.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up on customer concerns, feedback, and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
Contact prospective and existing members regarding inquiries, renewals, and account-related matters.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, website inquiries, and social media.
Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
Monitor customer reviews and provide professional responses.
Prepare basic reports related to customer service, membership activities, and lead follow-ups.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Hospitality, Membership Services, Account Management, or a related field.
Sales experience is required. Candidates should have experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, account management, membership sales, upselling, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan.
Available to work US hours/night shift.

Preferred Skills
Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
