About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Wedding Photo Culler to join our team on a long-term freelance basis.

Your main responsibility will be selecting the strongest and most meaningful images from wedding galleries while maintaining the photographer's storytelling style and standards.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience culling wedding photography and a strong eye for emotion, composition, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Review wedding galleries containing approximately 4,000–4,500 RAW images.
• Select approximately 1,800–2,100 final images per wedding.
• Remove duplicates, missed focus images, closed eyes, and unflattering expressions.
• Preserve important emotional ---------- nts and the overall story of the wedding day.
• Follow detailed culling guidelines and video tutorials.
• Organize and rate selected images inside Lightroom Classic.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in wedding photo culling is required.
• Experience working with large galleries of 4,000+ images.
• Full proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic.
• Ability to select the strongest and most flattering images while preserving the story of the wedding day.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify out-of-focus images, duplicates, closed eyes, and unflattering expressions.
• Good understanding of composition, emotional ---------- nts, and documentary storytelling.
• Ability to follow specific guidelines and adapt to the photographer's style.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Fast and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with wedding photographers or photo editing companies.
• Experience working with Smart Previews in Lightroom.
• Experience using AI software such as Aftershoot or Imagen.
• Experience working remotely with international teams.

Compensation

• $18–$24 per project, based on experience, quality of work, and consistency.
