Compensation: 100$/month - can increase upto 200$/month when responsibilites increase

About the role:
I run a portfolio of YouTube channels across several niches. The main videos are already produced — what I need is a dependable, detail-oriented assistant to handle the publishing, distribution, and account-management side so I can focus on production and strategy.

This is a long-term role with daily responsibilities. I'm looking for someone reliable who follows step-by-step instructions (SOPs) precisely and shows up consistently — account warming only works if it's done every day.

What you'll do
1)YouTube publishing
2)Upload finished videos across multiple channels
3)Add titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails (all provided)
4)Set up end screens, cards, and playlists
5)Schedule uploads and keep the publishing calendar on track

Spotify distribution:
1)Upload narrated video content to Spotify for Creators
2)Fill in metadata and make sure each upload is formatted correctly

Account management & warming:
1)Manage antidetect browser profiles (Multilogin or similar) — keep each channel in its own dedicated profile and always launch the correct one for each account
2)Assign and check proxies per profile; flag any that are slow, dead, or showing the wrong location
3)Work with aged Google/YouTube accounts and keep them organized and in good standing
4)Run daily warming routines per provided SOPs (logging in, watching, browsing, light engagement) to keep accounts active and trusted
5)Post "walking"/filler videos to warm up new channels and build an upload history before they go live with main content

Miscellaneous:
1)Light asset organization, file uploads/downloads, and data entry
2)Monitor comments and flag anything that needs my attention
3)Small research and admin tasks as they come up

Requirements:
1)Hands-on experience with antidetect browsers (Multilogin, GoLogin, or similar) and managing multiple accounts — or a fast learner willing to be trained on my exact setup
2)Basic understanding of proxies (residential/mobile) and why strict account separation matters
3)Strong attention to detail — you follow instructions exactly and never mix up profiles/accounts
4)Reliable computer and stable internet (VERY IMPORTANT - IF YOU ARE PRONE TO POWER CUTS/INTERNET ISSUES PLEASE DONT APPLY)
5)Basic Google Sheets skills
6)Fluent in english
7)Consistent daily availability (~[15–20] hrs/week), responsive during the workday
8)Dependable and discreet — you'll be handling valuable aged accounts

Nice to have:
1)Previous faceless YouTube or multi-channel management experience
2)Familiarity with YouTube Studio, thumbnails, and basic SEO
3)Experience uploading to Spotify for Creators or other podcast/video platforms
4)Experience setting up or maintaining proxies yourself
