JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing travel company, and travel requests are coming in faster than we can keep up with. We're looking for a sharp, organized Executive Assistant to own those requests from start to finish — researching options, booking the travel, and keeping our members updated and taken care of along the way.

This is a customer-facing role. You'll be one of the main voices our members interact with, so warm, clear, professional communication is just as important as getting the details right. If you're the kind of person who loves making things run smoothly and takes pride in a flawless itinerary, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage incoming travel requests fro ---------- mbers and see each one through to a confirmed booking
• Research and book travel — flights, hotels, resort stays, and related arrangements
• Communicate with members clearly and professionally throughout the process (email and chat)
• Send confirmations, itineraries, and updates; handle changes or issues calmly and quickly
• Keep all requests, bookings, and records organized and up to date in our systems
• Provide light executive/admin support as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable, since you'll be customer-facing
• Solid familiarity with U.S. geography and popular destinations — most of our travel is domestic, so you should know where major travel spots are without having to look everything up (e.g. which state a well-known city or region is in)
• Strong organization and serious attention to detail (small mistakes matter in travel)
• Reliable, responsive, and proactive — you follow up without being chased
• Available to work U.S. Pacific business hours — our members and team run on Pacific Time, so your schedule needs to overlap with the U.S. workday (this means working nighttime hours in the Philippines)
• Comfortable learning and working with online tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
• Stable internet connection and a quiet space to take calls / respond promptly

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Prior travel or hospitality booking experience
• Experience as a VA or EA for a US-based company
• Familiarity with a CRM (e.g. GoHighLevel) or booking platforms

WHAT WE OFFER

• Long-term, stable work for the right person
• Room to grow as we scale
• Bonus opportunities

HOW TO APPLY

To make sure you actually read this post, please follow these steps — applications that skip them won't be considered:

1. Start your application with the word "WANDER" at the very top.
2. In a few sentences, tell us about a time you helped someone plan or fix a travel arrangement (personal or professional — both count).
3. Briefly describe your experience with customer communication and any tools you've used to stay organized.
4. Just for fun: if you could hop on a plane to anywhere in the United States tomorrow, where would you go, and what's the first thing you'd do when you got there? (No wrong answers — we just love people who get excited about U.S. travel spots!)
5. Record a short intro video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be a great fit. A phone or webcam is totally fine — it doesn't need to be polished. Share it as a link (Loom, Google Drive, or an unlisted YouTube video).

We read every application that follows these steps. Looking forward to hearing from you!
