International B2B Sales Agent / Business Development Representative

Client Acquisition for Warehouse, Fulfillment & Operational Facility in Poland

We are looking for an experienced International B2B Sales Agent / Business Development Representative to help us acquire a foreign client or business partner for our operational facility near Warsaw, Poland.

This is not a standard Virtual Assistant role.

We are not looking for someone who only sends emails, fills in spreadsheets, or passes us empty leads. We need someone who can actively contact companies, make phone calls, speak with decision-makers, ask the right questions, understand business needs, and deliver qualified opportunities for advanced business discussions.

About the Project

We have an operational facility in Marki, near Warsaw, Poland, which can be used as:

* warehouse space,
* fulfillment point,
* packing / labeling area,
* light assembly or simple production space,
* local operational base,
* distribution support hub for Poland and Central/Eastern Europe,
* local partner location for a foreign company entering the Polish / EU market.

The facility includes:

* approx. 500 m² hall space with staff / social area,
* approx. 300 m² covered warehouse shelters,
* approx. 2,500 m² yard / land area,
* paved and monitored area,
* maneuvering yard,
* possibility to adapt the cooperation model to the client’s needs,
* possibility to organize staff and operational support.

We are looking for foreign companies that may need a flexible local partner in Poland / CEE instead of immediately setting up their own company, warehouse, team, and local structure.

Target Companies

We are especially interested in companies that:

* do not yet have a strong operational structure in Poland or the EU,
* want to enter Poland, Central/Eastern Europe, or the EU market,
* have logistics, customs, warehousing, fulfillment, or distribution problems,
* need a smaller and more flexible alternative to large 3PL providers,
* sell premium, specialized, technical, medical, cosmetic, industrial, or B2B products,
* may benefit from local warehousing, fulfillment, labeling, packing, distribution support, operational coordination, or market entry support.

Interesting markets include:

* United Kingdom,
* USA,
* Canada,
* Australia,
* Singapore,
* UAE,
* India,
* Asia,
* other non-Polish / non-EU international markets.

We do not want to focus only on one country. We are looking for companies for which Poland can solve a real supply chain, distribution, European market entry, or warehousing problem.

What We Already Have

You will not start from zero.

We already have:

* initial database of potential companies,
* target industries and markets,
* company email address,
* Apollo account for contact verification,
* CloudTalk / calling tool,
* outreach tracker,
* first tested outreach messages,
* call script framework,
* clear business objective.

We need someone who can take this process and turn it into real business conversations.

Your Main Responsibility

Your task is to actively acquire a real business opportunity.

You will be expected to:

* contact companies by phone, email, and LinkedIn,
* identify the right decision-makers,
* speak with people responsible for logistics, operations, distribution, expansion, procurement, or partnerships,
* understand the company’s current situation,
* ask about operational problems, market entry plans, volume, budget level, and decision process,
* qualify whether the company is a real fit,
* prepare a complete lead profile before handing it over to us.

We do not want “empty leads” such as only a company name or generic email address.

A qualified opportunity should include:

* company name and website,
* country and industry,
* contact person and position,
* confirmation that the person is relevant,
* current activity in Europe / Poland / CEE,
* current logistics, warehouse, distributor, 3PL, or partner setup,
* operational problem or business need,
* expected support needed,
* possible volume or scale,
* possible timeline,
* budget level or cost expectations if discussed,
* decision-maker information,
* recommendation for next step.

Only after this information is collected can our team prepare a serious business proposal.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with real experience in:

* B2B sales,
* cold calling,
* international outreach,
* appointment setting,
* business development,
* lead qualification,
* speaking with decision-makers,
* working toward a concrete business result.

You must be comfortable making business phone calls in English.

Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, export/import, e-commerce, manufacturing, medical devices, industrial products, or market entry will be a strong advantage.

Compensation

This role is based on a low base rate + high success fee model.

Trial Period

* Trial period: 7–10 days
* Trial rate: 3 USD/hour
* Goal: verify your ability to make calls, qualify prospects, collect useful business information, and report clearly.

Success Fee

We are ready to pay a strong success fee for real results.

Success fee starts from 2,000 USD and may be higher, depending on:

* the type of client,
* the value of the cooperation,
* whether the client starts with a small pilot or larger operation,
* whether the client uses part of the facility or the full location,
* expected monthly cooperation value,
* long-term potential of the relationship.

The success fee is paid for a real business result — a company genuinely acquired through your work that enters into actual cooperation with us.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who trusts their B2B sales skills and wants to earn mainly from results, not only from hours.

Long-Term Opportunity

If the acquired company d ---------- to cooperate with us, this does not have to be the end of your role.

You may continue as our:

* international communication coordinator,
* account manager,
* business development representative,
* foreign partner communication representative.

Your role could include maintaining communication with the foreign partner and supporting the ongoing cooperation.

Important

We have limited time to secure a foreign partner for this location.

If we do not find the right foreign company, the facility may be rented to a local Polish business. In that case, this international sales role may no longer be needed in the same scope.

We need someone who can take this seriously, act quickly, and focus on real client acquisition.
