About MSTR

MSTR (pronounced "Master") is an AI software company based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. We build custom AI-driven applications and we help organizations actually put AI to work, from first conversation to production-ready product. We are around 17 people: a customer-facing team of 6 in the Netherlands and 11 developers in the Philippines. We have big, ambitious growth plans, and we are building the marketing engine to match.

The role

We are looking for a senior growth marketer to build our national marketing operation from the ground up. You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and CCO, with full ownership over lead generation, content, and growth experimentation. You build and run the outbound system; you will not be personally cold-calling or doing client delivery. Your job is to make sure the right companies find us, get interested, and end up on our calendar.

One of your first responsibilities is taking ownership of the AI-powered lead generation tool we are building in-house, configuring it end-to-end, and turning it into the core of our outbound engine.

What you will be doing:

- Building and running AI-powered lead generation pipelines, and owning our in-house lead gen tool
- Defining and sharpening our ICP and positioning
- Writing LinkedIn content and managing our presence across channels
- Designing email sequences and nurture flows that book conversations
- Running growth experiments and scaling what works
- Producing the materials that tell our story: decks, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages

Who we are looking for:

- Serious growth hacking experience and a track record of lead automation pipelines that actually produced results, ideally in B2B or tech
- Fluent in the modern marketing stack: enrichment, sequencing, deliverability, CRM, analytics, and the AI tools that glue it together (Clay, Apollo, Attio, HubSpot, or similar are a strong plus)
- A strong writer in English who owns outcomes without waiting to be told what to test next
- Genuinely curious about AI and what it can do for B2B marketing. Experience building with tools like Claude is a big plus

Work setup: Remote, full-time (40 hours per week) with meaningful overlap with European business hours. Reporting to the MSTR leadership team.
