Role Overview
CVER Online is a fast-growing digital media business focused on health, fitness, wellness and performance
content. We are building specialist newsletters and subscriber communities with a strong focus on audience
growth, engagement and long-term monetisation.
This is a commercially focused role centred around growing newsletter audiences, increasing subscriber
engagement, optimising lead generation funnels and improving retention. This is not a general marketing role. The
successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems that drive subscriber growth and
measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead audience growth strategy across newsletters and digital channels.
• Build and optimise lead generation funnels to increase subscriber acquisition.
• Develop high-performing lead magnets, gated content and subscriber acquisition campaigns.
• Improve conversion from website traffic and social media into newsletter subscribers.
• Own key performance metrics including subscriber growth, open rates, CTR, retention and churn.
• Analyse audience behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Build segmentation strategies to improve subscriber relevance and performance.
• Manage onboarding sequences and subscriber nurture journeys.
• Run A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, landing pages and email formats.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Work with leadership, editorial and social teams to drive growth targets.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5–7 years in audience growth, email marketing, newsletter growth or digital acquisition.
• Strong experience growing newsletter subscriber bases.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with Beehiiv strongly preferred.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms advantageous.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and retention strategies.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and results-driven.
