General Virtual Assistant with Shopify experience (Day Shift)

We're hiring a General Virtual Assistant for a long-term position with a knack for handling dynamic schedules, juggling multiple priorities, and staying two steps ahead. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience using Shopify (product uploads, inventory management, order processing, collections, discounts, and store maintenance)
- Experience managing day-to-day Shopify store operations
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Engagement
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)
- Comfortable learning and using new software and online tools
- Technical proficiency with platforms like Wix, WordPress, Kartra, Kajabi, Squarespace, or similar (preferred but not required)
- Experience with automation tools and workflows is a plus
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage Shopify store updates, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, and promotions
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds
- Assist with general administrative tasks and project coordination
- Create and schedule social media content
- Edit short-form and long-form videos
- Help maintain websites and landing pages
- Assist with email marketing and automation tasks
- Perform research and other day-to-day virtual assistant responsibilities as assigned
