We are currently looking for (1) HR Generalist who are eager to make an impact and help drive our HR operations forward.

Work Location: Taguig City, Philippines

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in: Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits & HR Administration

Strong knowledge of:

Philippine Labor Laws
Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
HR Policies and Best Practices

Experience in:

Handling employee concerns and disciplinary cases
Conflict resolution and employee engagement
Payroll coordination, timekeeping, and leave management
HR documentation and records management

Proficient in:

Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
HRIS systems (an advantage)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Willing to work onsite and collaborate with different departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including coordination of payroll and government-mandated benefits
• Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation
• Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, notices, and certificates
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor timekeeping, leave administration, and payroll-related requirements
• Respond to employee HR inquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager
