**Job Title:** Full-Time AI UGC Video Creator / Short-Form Ad Editor
**Location:** Remote — Philippines
**Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be available for overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
**Salary:** USD $800 per month
**Start Date:** ASAP

## About the Role

ModernMed is looking for a highly creative AI Video Creator who can produce realistic, high-quality UGC-style short-form ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will create original videos featuring AI-generated virtual actors, product visuals, scenes, voiceovers, and realistic user-generated-content style presentations. We will provide product direction, brand assets, scripts, reference videos, and examples of styles we want recreated.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to make AI-generated content feel natural, modern, engaging, and native to TikTok and Instagram.

## Responsibilities

* Create 4-6 short-form vertical videos per day.
* Produce realistic AI UGC-style ads featuring virtual actors, product visuals, scenes, dialogue, and voiceovers.
* Create AI-generated people holding, discussing, or presenting ModernMed product packaging and vials.
* Turn provided scripts, hooks, product concepts, and references into engaging video ads.
* Study provided reference videos and identify similar TikTok, Instagram, and Reels trends.
* Build a research folder with screenshots, links, hooks, editing styles, caption styles, and trend ideas.
* Recreate the style and structure of reference content while keeping every final video original.
* Maintain consistent visual quality across AI characters, product shots, colors, labels, and branding.
* Organize prompts, project files, raw assets, and final exported videos.

## Required Skills

* Strong experience editing TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts content.
* Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
* Experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika, Veo, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, or similar.
* Ability to create realistic AI people, movements, scenes, voiceovers, and product visuals.
* Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, captions, sound effects, and viral-style editing.
* Good English reading and caption-writing skills.
* Ability to work quickly, take feedback well, and complete revisions.
* Strong organization and attention to detail.

## Important Content Standards

* AI presenters must be original virtual characters and must not copy the face, voice, identity, or likeness of a real person without permission.
* Follow all ModernMed brand language and content instructions.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience creating AI UGC ads.
* Experience creating realistic AI characters.
* Experience with fitness, wellness, beauty, educational, or product-based content.
* Experience recreating viral TikTok ad styles.
* Motion graphics skills are a plus.
