JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce paid ads manager to help manage and improve Meta Ads and Google Ads for a premium pet product brand.

This is primarily a paid advertising role. Social media posting may be part of the role, but the main focus is paid ads, campaign performance, creative testing, and improving results.

My company sells premium pet products and we are preparing to launch additional products.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads
Review campaign performance and make practical recommendations
Test new creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and landing pages
Work with my graphic/video designer on new ad creative ideas
Monitor campaigns several times per week, and daily during launches or major promotions
Track CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, and other key ecommerce metrics
Provide clear updates on what is working, what is not working, and what should be tested next
Help with social media posting if needed

Requirements:

4+ years of e-commerce paid ads experience
Strong experience with Meta Ads
Experience with Google Ads
Experience with physical product ecommerce, preferably Shopify
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, and creative testing
Ability to communicate clearly and explain recommendations in plain English
Reliable, organized, and proactive

Amazon Ads
Organic social media scheduling
