Business Analyst / Excel Rock Star for American E-commerce company

We're looking for a rock star business analyst. You must be awesome with Excel and/or Tableau. We have TONS of e-commerce sales data we'd like to analyze.

We are NOT running a call center or data entry in the Philippines. We are doing the opposite - we have extremely talented people. Our team is high-performing, creative and awesome.

About us: we are a small, 6 year old e-commerce company based in the US. We manufacture and sell outdoor sporting goods. We have an awesome team in the Philippines, and 2-3 times a year, we all get together for work and fun!

If we gave you a spreadsheet of 500,000 orders over 24 months, how would you solve the following questions? Tell us things you'd consider and how you'd build a spreadsheet/model to solve the problem.

- what products are purchased together the most? Are they purchased together because they're our 2 most popular products?
- how is a product performing Y/Y, M/M or W/W?
- how would we know which product is underperforming vs last year?
- how would you identify products with higher than normal refund rates? How would we know if a result is statistically significant or not?
