About Us
California Home Appraisals is a residential real estate appraisal business located in California, USA. We provide appraisals for homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals. We value professionalism, reliability, strong communication, and a positive attitude.
We are looking for a long-term team member who will handle scheduling, communication with homeowners/clients, and administrative support to help streamline day-to-day operations.
Position Details
Hours: 5 hours per day (Monday–Friday)
Timezone: Flexible but must overlap with California (PST) business hours
Type: Part-time, long-term position (not temporary)
Compensation: $7-$9/hr DOE, paid bi-weekly or monthly via Remitly or Wise
Additional Benefits: 10 paid personal days per year

Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
Call, text and
Send confirmation & reminder messages to ensure access is secured (gate codes, lockboxes, tenants, etc.)
Update Outlook Calendar with appointment details
Enter orders into our management system (training provided)
Request necessary documents (purchase contracts, prior appraisal, HOA docs, etc.)
Collect and organize PDFs and files into OneDrive
Track due dates and report progress
Follow up until appointments are confirmed
Operations:
Prepare documents and client communications
Support the CEO with task coordination and timelines
Help track and manage referral relationships
Maintain pipelines, stages, tasks, and notes in NextLevelPro (a GoHighLevel system)
Communication:
Respond to
Professionally handle inbound calls through VOIP (training provided)
Update clients on scheduling status and timelines
Data Gathering
Search public records (tax records, lot size, zoning, etc.)
Download MLS sheets (we will train; no MLS login required from you)
Bonus (not required, but helpful)
Experience working for U.S. real estate businesses
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, ANOW, or other CRM/project management systems
Experience using and learning AI platforms and tools
Tools You Will Use:
Microsoft 365 (OneDrive/Sharepoint and Outlook Calendar)
NextLevelPro CRM (GoHighLevel System)
Microsoft Word and Excel
Slack, Zoom, Trello
Anow (appraisal order tracker)
ChatGPT
Claude
