Media Buyer - Fashion E-commerce (Meta Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our growing e-commerce team.

About us
We run 2 fashion stores in the Netherlands targeting the Dutch market. Both stores run on Facebook and Instagram ads via Meta Ads Manager. Our stores have previously generated up to €3.000 per day on store 1 and €2.000 per day on store 2. Due to rapid growth we are now looking for a Media Buyer to take over and help us scale back to those numbers and beyond. Currently store 1 is doing around €2.000 per day and store 2 around €1.000 per day. With the right person we are confident we can grow fast.
What you will do

Manage and optimize ads for 2 separate Meta ad accounts
Set up new ad campaigns throughout the day, no fixed time required
Fill in the daily P&L spreadsheet between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM CET (6:00 AM to 7:00 AM Philippine time)
Use the P&L spreadsheet to determine which campaigns get scaled
Scale campaigns between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM CET (6:00 AM to 7:00 AM Philippine time)
Work closely with the team via Slack

What we are looking for

Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
You know how to read data and make decisions based on numbers
You are reliable and meet deadlines without being reminded
You are available between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Philippine time every day for scaling and P&L
You communicate clearly via Slack

What you will get

$5 per hour, paid weekly
Performance bonus:

1 ad account with ROAS above 3 over the week: salary doubled that week
2 ad accounts with ROAS above 3 over the week: salary tripled that week


Part time to start with clear growth to full time as the business scales
