Carrier Acquisition Specialist

Robinson Logistics is seeking a full-time Carrier Acquisition Specialist to help grow our transportation company.

You will contact owner-operators and small trucking companies throughout the United States to introduce our dispatch services and help qualified carriers become active clients.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to trucking companies and owner-operators.
Follow up with SMS and email campaigns.
Explain Robinson Logistics dispatch services.
Answer questions from prospective carriers.
Schedule onboarding appointments.
Collect onboarding documents.
Update our CRM with every interaction.
Follow up with inactive carriers.
Maintain detailed notes on every conversation.
Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English.
Friendly and professional phone presence.
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
Strong organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Quiet home office.
Experience in logistics, trucking, dispatching, or sales is a plus but not required.
Compensation Performance bonuses are paid for successfully onboarding active carriers.
