JOB OVERVIEW

I run a performance marketing agency. We move fast, run a lot of moving parts, and the work requires someone who actually thinks — not someone who needs every step spelled out.

This is not a "do what I tell you" VA role. I need an operator who can take a half-instruction, figure out the rest, and come back with the thing done. If you need hand-holding, this isn't the seat for you and we'll both be miserable.

What you'll own
CRM management in GoHighLevel — workflows, calendars, tagging, lead routing, pipeline hygiene
Ad account ops support — light Meta Business Manager housekeeping, AdsPower profile management, asset organization

Email
& SMS campaign support — building sequences in GHL, QA-ing automations, list segmentation
Sales team support — booking confirmations, lead flow, setter/closer handoff tracking, basic reporting
Light project management — keeping creatives, contractors, and tasks moving without me chasing
Documentation — turning processes I run from my head into SOPs the team can follow
General overflow — whatever's in the way of revenue that doesn't need a specialist

Who you are
3+ years as a business VA, ops assistant, or agency coordinator.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel — workflows, calendars, pipelines, the whole stack. This is non-negotiable.
Familiar with Meta Business Manager (ad accounts, pixels, asset structure) at a working level
Native-level written English — emails, Slack messages, and SOPs that read clean and don't need rewriting
Sharp pattern recognition — you notice when something's broken before I tell you
High follow-through — if I assign 10 things on Monday, all 10 have a status by Friday without me asking
Comfortable being told you got it wrong, fixing it, and moving on without drama
Reliable internet, a backup plan, and a quiet place to work

Nice to have (not required)
AdsPower or multi-account ad ops experience
Direct-response marketing or paid media agency background
Notion, Slack, Zapier, ClickUp fluency
Experience supporting a setter/closer sales team

How to apply

Send me:
A 60–90 second Loom intro — who you are, your GHL experience, and the most complex workflow or automation you've built or maintained.

Your résumé or OnlineJobs profile link.

Answer this in your application: Walk me through how you'd set up a GHL workflow that tags a lead as "no-show" when they miss a booked call, sends them a reschedule SMS, and removes the tag if they rebook. Bullet points are fine.

Put the word OBSIDIAN at the top of your application so I know you read this carefully. Applications without it will be ignored.
