JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager to help manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our growing lead generation agency.

You must have at least 2+ years of experience running Meta ads and understand how to generate leads, track results, and optimize campaigns.

This role is for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident using Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Creating and launching Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Setting up campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and targeting
Setting up and using the Facebook Pixel
Checking tracking and conversion events
Monitoring campaign performance
Reducing cost per lead
Improving lead quality
Testing different ads, creatives, audiences, and offers
Creating simple reports on campaign performance
Communicating clearly with the team
Requirements

You must have:

2+ years of experience running Meta/Facebook ads
Experience with lead generation campaigns
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience using and setting up the Facebook Pixel
Good spoken English
Good written English
Ability to explain campaign results clearly
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to boost posts.

We need someone who understands:

Campaign structure

Working Hours

Part-time to start.

You must be available for regular communication and must be comfortable speaking English on calls.

Pay

$3 per hour

This role can grow over time for the right person.
