We are looking for an IBO Acquisition & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role where you'll connect with potential Independent Business Owners (IBOs), present the opportunity, overcome objections, and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
If you have experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, insurance sales, recruiting, or customer acquisition, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Contact potential IBOs through phone, WhatsApp,
Present the business opportunity in a professional, persuasive, and compliant manner.
Build trust and answer questions about the process, benefits, and expectations.
Handle objections and help prospects make informed decisions.
Follow up consistently until enrollment is completed.
Qualify leads and determine readiness for onboarding.
Maintain detailed CRM notes and lead status updates.
Work closely with internal teams to move approved IBOs through the enrollment process.
Follow approved scripts and sales frameworks while maintaining a natural conversation style.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, recruiting, appointment setting, customer acquisition, insurance sales, or client onboarding.
Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confident phone presence and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Experience using CRM systems and communication tools.
Reliable computer, phone, internet connection, and quiet workspace.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience as a closer, sales representative, recruiter, or appointment setter.
Background in insurance, financial services, or customer onboarding.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
