Email Marketing Specialist — Campaigns + Outreach

About the role:
I'm a founder in the AI / business-systems space, running both marketing email campaigns to my audience and cold outreach campaigns to reach new business clients. I need an email marketing specialist who can build, manage, and maintain these campaigns and keep them performing.

What you'll do:
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns (nurture sequences, broadcasts to my list)
- Run and maintain cold outreach campaigns to new prospects
- Set up sequences, manage lists, and keep sender reputation / deliverability healthy
- Track performance (open rates, replies, conversions) and report on it
- Keep campaigns organized and running on schedule
- Send me a short end-of-day / end-of-task report

Experience I'm looking for:
- Hands-on experience with email / outreach platforms such as GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Instantly, Apollo, or similar (you don't need all of them — solid experience with the type of tool matters most)
- Understanding of email deliverability basics (warming, verification, avoiding spam)
- Experience building sequences and campaigns, not just sending one-off emails
- Strong written English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Pay: $4-5/hr based on your experience, with a review after 30 days and room to grow as you prove out.
