About the Role

Bottom Billion Corporation is looking for a results-driven Part-Time PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. If you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy improving campaign performance, and know how to maximize advertising ROI, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll manage paid media campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversions, and support business growth through strategic advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Develop campaign structures aligned with business objectives.
- Configure audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign settings.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations.

Paid Advertising Platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (when applicable)
- Display and Retargeting Networks
- Keyword & Audience Research
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Identify high-performing search opportunities.
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies.
- Develop remarketing audiences and customer segments.

Campaign Optimization
-Continuously optimize:
- Ad copy
- Headlines
- Creative assets
- Landing page performance
- Bidding strategies

Additional responsibilities include:
- Running A/B tests for ads and landing pages
- Reducing Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Improving conversion rates and lead quality

Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the:
- Design Team
- Content Team
- Web Development Team
- Sales Team

Ensure paid advertising campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Success in this role will be measured by:
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rate
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Lead Quality
- Campaign Performance Improvements
- Budget Efficiency

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
-Experience with YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
