I am looking for experienced copywriter on Facebook ads for a long term.
I need you to create ads for Facebook
Engagement post Ads- which lead to post likes and shares
Conversions post Ads- which lead to sales

Work Process:
1. You create 3 engagement posts for 3 different audiences with a daily budget of 5$ for 3 days.
2. You show me your ads, and we run them after my APPROVAL.
3. After 3 days we take the winning audience.
4. You create 3 conversion post ads for this audience with a daily budget of 5$ for 3 days.
5. You show me your ads, and we run them after my APPROVAL.
6. After 3 days we choose the winning ad.
7. Start the whole process all over.

YOUR BONUSES:
1. Find winning audience with at least 500 likes – You GET 5$ BONUS.
2. Find good conversion post ad that will lead to 5 sales- You GET 10$ BONUS.
3. For every sale from your successful ad- You GET 2$ BONUS.

Time Expectation:
1. 3 Engagement posts -2 hours.
2. You show me winning audience- 30 minutes.
3. 3 Conversion posts- 2 hours.
4. You show me winning ad- 30 minutes.
Total time: 5 hours.
Every week you will work 10 hours (12 ads)
*Note: I really obsessive about time, so you need to handle the time rates I mentioned.
I will be expecting reports every stage your work.
I will check your skills and now I will check if you read everything I wrote, so if you did, write a the end amazing bunny.

Your Payment:
1. I am paying hourly rate 8$.
2. You get bonuses mentioned above
