Social Media Manager — No Taps Foundation
About the Role
No Taps Foundation is a nonprofit driving real, on-the-ground community impact. We're looking for a resourceful Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence with a lean budget and strong organic strategy, not big ad spend. This is a part-time, ongoing role, 10-15 hours per week, suited to someone who can work independently, think creatively within constraints, and bring structure to our content and community presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media channels and online communities, including Reddit
Use AI tools to produce content, copy, and visuals efficiently
Run any paid promotion within a low ad budget, focused on maximum return
Build genuine community engagement aligned with our mission
Identify and execute creative, low-cost growth ideas suited to a nonprofit budget
Report progress clearly, including what's in progress versus completed
Required Skills and Experience
Prior experience working with or for a nonprofit/NGO highly preferred
Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily content workflow
Experience managing online communities, including Reddit
A demonstrated track record of organic growth on a limited budget
Able to work independently and reliably with minimal oversight
