Chat Support Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist who enjoys connecting with people online. You’ll chat with customers in real time, share helpful recommendations, and guide them toward the right products or services — all while making sure they have a smooth experience with us.

What You’ll Do
Chat with customers in a friendly and professional way
Recommend products/services that match customer needs
Support inquiries and help guide customers toward the best choices
Keep chat records neat and organized
Collaborate with the team to reach goals and keep customers happy

What We’re Looking For
Strong written English with a natural, conversational style
Experience in customer support, chat service, or sales (BPO background is a plus)
Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven

Nice to Have
Familiarity with CRM/chat tools (like Zendesk or HubSpot)
Background in international client support or remote work
