Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager for a fast growing, early stage, business wanted to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will take ownership for the social media in a given geographical sector. You will be required to devise the marketing plan and social media strategy for your market and you will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth delivery of your plan.

We are looking for someone who has the proven ability to:

a) significantly increase the number of social media followers
b) convert followers into leads
c) increase email lists
d) be creative in devising social media projects and their implementation

The salary indicated below is a starting salary and we review all staff positions every 6 months and provide bonuses on good work. We also ask people to help on a part time basis at first and then increase the hours as the results start to come in.
