Part-Time CapCut / TikTok Editor Wanted

I’m hiring a part-time short-form video editor to help create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and ad-style UGC videos.

Pay: Starts $300/month + performance/deadline bonuses
Hours: 2–3 hours per day
Schedule: 5–6 days per week, flexible as long as deadlines are met
Payment: Wise
Preferred Location: Philippines or similar time zone

There is room for more hours, higher pay, and long-term growth if the work is strong and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Strong experience with CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form content
Strong English comprehension
Ability to edit fast-paced social media videos
Good attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Able to take feedback and improve quickly
Comfortable working with a team
Consistent availability 5–6 days per week

What You’ll Be Editing:
You’ll be creating Instagram Reel/TikTok ad videos using CapCut or your preferred editing software. Most videos are simple but need strong pacing, clean cuts, and good attention to detail.

Tasks include:

Cutting dead space from talking-head videos
Stitching together the best takes
Adding overlay images and screenshots
Adding simple effects like zooms, crops, captions, and movement
Matching B-roll footage to voiceovers
Creating engaging pacing with no dead space
Editing green-screen style videos with background removal and overlays

You’ll be working directly with me on a fast-growing social media page. If you are reliable, fast, and good at improving videos, this can turn into a bigger long-term role with higher pay.
