We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our agency full-time.
This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy, creative, or copywriting position.
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across:
* Google Ads
* YouTube Ads
* Meta Ads
* TikTok Ads
## What You'll Be Doing
* Building campaigns from provided strategies, assets, audiences, keywords, and briefs
* Setting up campaign structures accurately and efficiently
* Managing budgets, targeting, tracking, and campaign settings
* Monitoring performance and implementing optimizations
* Launching new tests and campaign variations as directed
* Maintaining clean account organization and documentation
* Providing updates on completed work and ongoing tasks
## What You Won't Be Doing
* Copywriting
* Creative development
* Graphic design
* Video editing
* Client reporting
* Building marketing strategies from scratch
All creative assets, ad copy, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign direction will be provided.
Your job is to execute campaigns correctly, efficiently, and independently.
## Requirements
* Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
* Ability to build and launch campaigns without hand-holding
* Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and platform best practices
* High attention to detail
* Organized and reliable
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Able to identify issues and solve problems proactively
* Excellent written communication
## Working Hours
This is a dedicated full-time position.
You must be available:
**Monday-Friday**
**9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time** (Flexible by 2-3 hours)
This is not a freelance side-gig or part-time role.
We're looking for someone who is consistently available during business hours, responds promptly, meets deadlines, and gets things done without requiring constant follow-ups.

* Can jump into accounts and start launching campaigns from Day 1
* Doesn't need step-by-step instructions for routine tasks
* Takes ownership of execution
* Communicates clearly and proactively
* Follows processes while maintaining a high standard of work
* Is dependable, punctual, and accountable
