About The Wholesome Bubs Pte Ltd
The Wholesome Bubs Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based food manufacturing company operating two consumer brands: Milkforbubs, a postpartum and lactation nutrition brand, and Dania's, a premium artisanal bakery. We operate at a fast pace across DTC e-commerce, social media, and B2B retail. Our visual content is central to how we communicate with our community of mothers and families, and we take design seriously.

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to support our in-house creative team on a remote basis. You will work directly under the direction of our Main/Lead Graphic Designer and will be responsible for executing a high volume of visual assets across our two brands — from static social media posts and digital ads to short-form video content and reels.

This is a high-output, execution-focused role. You will receive clear briefs and are expected to deliver polished, on-brand work quickly. We value speed without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities
CONTENT CREATION
Design static graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms for both Milkforbubs and Dania's brands
Produce Meta ads (static and carousel formats) aligned to campaign briefs
Create short-form video content, Reels, and TikTok videos — including motion graphics, text animations, and video editing
Develop branded Stories, feed posts, product highlight content, and promotional creatives
Support UGC-style ad creative production under direction from the lead designer

TOOLS & EXECUTION
Work primarily in Canva (proficiency required) alongside AI-assisted design tools
Use AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or equivalent) to accelerate creative output where appropriate
Edit and cut short-form video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar tools
Resize and reformat assets across different platform specifications efficiently
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables for both Dania's and Milkforbubs

COLLABORATION & WORKFLOW
Receive and interpret creative briefs from the Lead Graphic Designer — ask smart clarifying questions and execute with minimal back-and-forth
Submit work for review via designated channels (Notion, WhatsApp, or equivalent) within agreed turnaround times
Incorporate feedback promptly and revise designs as directed
Maintain an organised file structure for all completed assets
Flag capacity constraints or blockers proactively

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating social media and digital ad work
Strong proficiency in Canva — you should be able to work at speed inside Canva without handholding
Demonstrated experience creating Reels and TikTok videos, including video editing and basic motion/text animation
Working knowledge of AI design and image generation tools
Understanding of Meta ads creative formats (feed, stories, carousel, reels)
A strong visual eye — you should have instincts about what looks good, what feels on-brand, and what performs on social media
Fast execution: the ability to produce clean, complete work within tight deadlines is non-negotiable

WORK STYLE & AVAILABILITY
Must be available and actively online during full Singapore working hours (SGT) — this is strictly required
Must adhere to the Singapore public holiday calendar (not the Philippine calendar)
Must NOT take on other freelance projects, side gigs, or employment during working hours — exclusivity during contracted hours is strictly required and non-negotiable
Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-output creative environment
Reliable internet connection and a self-sufficient remote work setup
Strong communication skills in English — written and verbal

Trial Period
2-Week Paid Trial
All candidates will begin with a 2-week paid trial period before a contract is confirmed. During this trial, we will evaluate:
Quality and consistency of design output
Speed and turnaround against given briefs
Reliability during Singapore working hours
Communication, responsiveness, and ability to take direction
Style fit with our two brands

Contract confirmation is at the sole discretion of The Wholesome Bubs Pte Ltd following the trial.

This is a remote contractor/freelance engagement, not an employment relationship under Singapore law. The successful candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor. Payment will be made in SGD to the agreed method. All work produced under this engagement is the intellectual property of The Wholesome Bubs Pte Ltd.
