Remote Dispatcher - Drayage

We're hiring a full-time Remote Dispatcher based in the Philippines to own the day-to-day coordination of drayage moves. You'll be the connective tissue between our carriers, clients, and internal team -- making sure containers move on time, problems get solved before they escalate, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

- Dispatch and track container drayage moves from port pickup through final delivery and empty return

- Communicate with carriers, port contacts, and warehouses for real-time status updates

- Manage appointment scheduling for pickups, deliveries, and empty returns

- Monitor Last Free Day (LFD), per diem, and detention timelines and flag issues proactively

- Navigate terminal websites (LBCT, Trapac, APM, GCT, Wando, GPA and others) to pull container availability and LFD status

- Maintain shipment milestones in our TMS

- Resolve issues before they become client problems

- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure documentation is complete for invoicing

Requirements

- Drayage and freight brokerage experience is non-negotiable. If you have not worked in drayage dispatch or brokerage operations, do not apply.

- Must know how to check LFD, per diem, and detention across port and terminal systems -- this is a daily function of this role

- Familiarity with US port operations -- LA/Long Beach, NY/NJ, Savannah, and Charleston

- Experience navigating terminal websites to pull container status and availability

- Experience with a TMS or freight management system

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Available during US Eastern Time business hours

- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup

- Strong problem-solving instincts -- you don't wait to be told something's wrong
